Processing Time

Orders placed before 1pm will be processed on the same day

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

During peak periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer Royal Mail Tracked Shipping on all orders, Free for orders over £70

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped using a tracked Royal Mail service.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues & Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with Royal Mail.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
